About The Company
Sunrise ADHC is a community-based program that provides health, therapeutic and social services for the frail elderly and people with physical and/or cognitive impairments. Our team of highly skilled professionals consists of a medical doctor, nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, activity directors, psychologist, social workers and dietitians. We strive to create positive and energetic environment and bring the community together through shared experiences and new friendships. Individual approach and integrity are at the core of the daily activities and health services that we provide. We are licensed by the California Department of Public Health and operate as a certified CBAS/Medi-Cal provider by the California Department of Aging.
